2. How to look after your hair system
We have the fantastic Total Cover Plus Customer Portal, which has lots of handy support videos.
All you need to do is head over to http://customerportal.totalcoverplus.co.uk, register, and you will be able to log in and access all the great videos.
We also have helpful advice and support tips on our Instagram page, so if you aren’t already, then give thedude_lab a follow!
3. Ready-to-Wear
As hair loss sufferers, we know how important hair is when you’ve lost it. That’s why we’ve been working with Total Cover Plus to make the Ready-To-Wear hair systems available again.
Just like during the first lockdown in 2020 this will give all Flat rate subscription and Pay As You Go clients the option to get their Total Cover Plus hair system.
So there is nothing to worry about, if you need a new hair system simply follow the 3 easy steps:
1. Go to the online Customer Portal of Total Cover Plus (http://customerportal.totalcoverplus.co.uk)
2. Specify your hair system: Hair Colour, Size, Shape, Hairstyle
3. Get your Ready-To-Wear hair system sent to you
The Total Cover Plus hair system will be customised and cut specifically for you and then sent to you. Apply the hair system yourself with the easy at-home video guide.
This service is available from today.
4. Bespoke Systems
With bespoke hair systems, the situation is more individual. Therefore, we would like to ask our bespoke hair system clients to contact us so we can plan everything around their hair system in accordance with their personal circumstances to ensure they can have a new hair system when they are due a replacement.
5. Reopening of the hair studios
For now, the government has put us in lockdown until mid-February. We will be in close contact with government officials and let you know as soon as we have a reopening date.
6. Hair Products & Hair Systems
If you need any hair products, just get in touch. For your convenience and safety, we can get these sent out to you. There is no need to leave the house!
7. Cancellation and Rebooking of Appointments
Once we are allowed to open again, we will do everything we can to accommodate extra appointments to ensure that every client will be looked after in a timely manner. Generally, we will rebook clients in the order of appointments that we have had to cancel; this ensures fairness across our client base.
