1. We are always here to support you!

The whole team here and at Total Cover Plus have been working together to provide support during the lockdown to all of our clients. We are so pleased to have been able to support so many of you during this time, and we want to assure you that this support continues as we enter into the next stage.

2. Reopening of our Hair Studios

Further to the government announcement, we have a prospective reopening date of the 12th April to reopen. Therefore our teams will be starting this week to reach out to you to rebook your cancelled appointments; if you didn’t have an appointment cancelled and would like one, then please just let us know!

This is excellent news, and we are looking forward to welcoming you back into the Studio at your next appointment.

Ahead of reopening, all our studios will be deep cleaned, and all safety measures will remain in place to ensure that we help contain COVID-19.

3. Our commitment to you remains at the forefront of what we do.

  • The Studio will have a deep clean at the end of every day
  • Each section & any area our team or yourself has come in to contact with will be sanitized after every appointment.
  • All equipment is sanitized between appointments
  • There is a hand sanitizer area at the front of the Studio for you to use
  • Handtowels have been replaced with disposable paper towels
  • Lined Bins are provided around the Studio for your use
  • Gowns and Towels will be freshly cleaned for each appointment
  • No drinks will be served during the appointment
  • Our team will be health checked at the start of each day
  • Facemasks will be compulsory across our team & clients.
  • No beard or cutthroat razor work will be undertaken at present.

4. Rebooking of appointments

We will do everything we can to accommodate extra appointments to ensure that every client will be looked after in a timely manner. Generally, we will rebook clients in the order of appointments that we have had to cancel; this ensures fairness across our client base.
